“Wish You Were Here” was one of Pink Floyd’s most famous songs. It was released in 1975. The original featured David Gilmour playing the intro on a 12 string acoustic guitar made to sound as though you are hearing it through a car radio. This version is from a 1994 concert. This is a great song by “The Tragically Hip”. You should be familiar with Cadd9, but if you’re not, it’s played like this: Ex-A3-D2-G0-B3-E3: As an alternative you could try playing an A-shape D and an A-shape C. Just the three interior strings is enough to go along nicely with the way they are played
